Hi, I’m Joseph, a growth-centric product designer with 4+ years experience designing fintech and healthtech products used by 3M+ users globally.
I specialize in driving business growth through user experience research, strategy and design. Currently at First City Monument Bank where I’ve contributed to corporate banking digital product design and improvements, supporting $100M+ in revenue since 2022.
My design philosophy is “Test and iterate”. Testing a product with real users is the main route to constant improvement in user experience.
Fascinated by my love for visuals, I enrolled as a graphic design student in 2017 and later transitioned, starting a career in product design in 2021. In the past 4 years, I have crafted digital products that help stakeholders achieve their different business objectives across several industries.
