Ropatec visibility platform
Ropatec is a healthcare-focused technology company leveraging AI to help private clinics increase online visibility, trust and patient acquisition.

I led the product strategy and design of Ropatec Visibility Intelligence Platform (VIP)— the flagship product for the HealthTech company.
The ultimate goal is to move private clinics from fragmented marketing activities and assumptions to a single AI system that prioritize visibility and patient acquisition
The Problem
Private clinics struggle to acquire new patients
Private clinics struggle to acquire new patients despite strong clinical care. The key cause of this struggle include
Low Online Visibility
Clinics are difficult to find on Google, local search, and emerging AI search.
Weak Digital Foundations
Poor SEO, website performance, content structure, and service-page optimization limit discoverability.
Low Trust & Differentiation
Weak reviews, reputation signals, and unclear communication make it harder for prospective patients to choose the clinic.
Lack of Actionable Growth Intelligence
Clinics lack the data, resources, and clear priorities needed to understand what is driving patient discovery and where to invest.

As Head of Product, my responsibility extended beyond interface design.
Key product decisions included:
Creating a proprietary Visibility Score to simplify complex SEO data.
Designing the platform around actionable intelligence rather than reporting.
Making local visibility a first-class product dimension because of its importance to clinics.
Connecting visibility metrics to patient acquisition and bookings.
Designing a progressive funnel from free
Building the product architecture around continuous analysis and historical visibility tracking
Introducing AI recommendations to reduce the expertise required to interpret SEO data.
Next Steps
Increasing Adoption
The next phase is focused on turning VIP from a valuable intelligence product into an embedded growth system clinics return to regularly
01 — Increase activation Reduce time-to-value by getting new clinics from signup to their first actionable Visibility Assessment as quickly as possible
02 — Build habit Introduce recurring visibility monitoring, alerts, progress tracking, and monthly performance summaries to create a consistent usage loop
03 — Strengthen the value → action loop Move from: Insight → Recommendation to: Insight → Recommended Fix → Implementation → Measured Impact
04 — Improve collaboration Allow clinic owners, marketers, and practitioners to collaborate around visibility tasks, recommendations, and progress.
05 — Connect visibility to revenue Strengthen integrations around enquiries, bookings, and conversion data so clinics can understand the commercial impact of improved visibility.
